Scream 2 (1997) [Debbie Salt/Mrs. Loomis]: Shot in the chest by Liev Schreiber while she holds Neve Campbell hostage. She is then shot in the forehead by Neve to make sure she's dead. (Note: the blood on her neck in the photo is not a wound.)

Desperate Housewives: Bang (2006) [Carolyn Bigsby]: Shot in the head by Kathleen Gati, after Laurie drops her gun during a struggle with Josh Henderson and Kathleen picks up the gun. (Thanks to PortsGuy and Neil)
Raines: Reconstructing Alice (2007) [Alice Brody]: Shot to death by Todd Giebenhain while she's sleeping on the street. Her body is shown at the beginning of the episode while Jeff Goldblum investigates the scene, and the murder is shown in a flashback later on. She also appears as a figment of Jeff's imagination throughout the episode. (Thanks to Neil)
