The Pleasure Drivers (2005) [Daphne]: Shot repeatedly in the stomach and chest during a shoot-out with Jill Bennett in the motel parking lot; she dies shortly afterwards while crawling through the desert.
Fatwa (2006) [Maggie Davidson]: Killed in an explosion when her brother (Angus Macfadyen) rear-ends Roger Guenveur Smith's taxicab in an attempt to resuce her, inadvertently detonating Roger's bomb. (The explosion is represented by the screen fading to white.)
How to Plan an Orgy in a Small Town (2015) [Maureen Cranston]: Dies (off-screen) of unspecified natural causes; we learn of her death afterwards when her daughter (Jewel Staite) gets a phone call from Christine Horne informing her.
The Blackcoat's Daughter (2017) [Linda]: Stabbed multiple times by Emma Roberts. Her and James Remar's severed heads are then put into a suitcase and carried off by Roberts.
Dead Shack (2017) [Neighbor]: Head smashed with a sledgehammer by Gabriel LaBelle.

NCIS: Judgment Day (2008) [NCIS Director Jenny Shepard]: Shot to death (off-camera) in a shoot-out with a team of hitmen in an abandoned diner; we only hear the shots from outside the building. Her body is shown afterwards when Cote de Pablo and Michael Weatherly investigate the scene.
The Stepchild (2016; TV film) [Beth Bennett]: Shot in the back by Paul Johansson after Lauren attempts to strangle Sarah Fisher.
