Jigsaw (2017) [Anna]: Accidentally shoots herself when a rigged shotgun misfires when she attempts to shoot Paul Braunstein with it.

TV Deaths

Bitten: Bad Dreams (2015) [Elena]: In Kiara Glasco's premonition, Sean Rogerson forces Daniel Kash to tear out and eat Laura's internal organs. This fate is ultimately averted and she survives the episode.
Bitten: Fine Temporum (2015) [Elena]: Stabbed in the stomach by Sean Rogerson. She is later brought back to life by Tammy Isbell in exchange for Tammy's own life. Laura eventually survives the episode.
Supergirl: Better Angels (2016) [Indigo]: Ripped in half at the waist by David Harewood while in his Martian true form at the end of a fight.
