Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters (2017: animated) [Haruka Sakaki/Controller A]: "Haruka Sakaki" is killed along with her Husband: Akira Sakaki (Danny Bston) when their Bus crash from an explosion. However, its reveals they survived in a tie-novel, but die during the time skip, she only appears in flashbacks. Controller A lives!

Godzilla: The Planet Eater (2018: animated) [Controller A/Haruka Sakaki]: Killed along with Controller B (Rachelle Heger), Captain Mori (Keith Silverstein), and Takeshi J. Hamamoto (Paul St. Peter) by King Ghidorah.

Everyone's Identities Revealed (2016; anime) [Doorknobder]: The final Daimon created for Eudial (Erin Fitzgerald) by Professor Tomoe (Keith Silverstein), she was caught in the middle of an energy clash between Usagi/Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh) and Eudial, resulting in her being destroyed by the Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
