Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters (2017: animated) [Haruka Sakaki/Controller A]: "Haruka Sakaki" is killed along with her Husband: Akira Sakaki (Danny Bston) when their Bus crash from an explosion. However, its reveals they survived in a tie-novel, but die during the time skip, she only appears in flashbacks. Controller A lives!

Godzilla: The Planet Eater (2018: animated) [Controller A/Haruka Sakaki]: Killed along with Controller B (Rachelle Heger), Captain Mori (Keith Silverstein), and Takeshi J. Hamamoto (Paul St. Peter) by King Ghidorah.
Sailor Moon Eternal Part 2 (2021; animated) [Queen Nehelenia]: Turned to sand along with the mirror she was imprisoned inside by Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh) with Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss.

Sailor Moon S: The Shocking Moment! Everyone's Identities Revealed (2016; anime) [Doorknobder]: The final Daimon created for Eudial (Erin Fitzgerald) by Professor Tomoe (Keith Silverstein), she was caught in the middle of an energy clash between Usagi/Sailor Moon (Stephanie Sheh) and Eudial, resulting in her being destroyed by the Moon Spiral Heart Attack.
Sailor Moon S: A Bewitching Flower That Steals Hearts! Tellu, the Third Witch (2016; anime) [Tellu]: Caught by her own Tellun flower as a result of it going berserk from Tuxedo Mask's (Robbie Daymond) destruction of her brooch containing the Crystal Hearts, she dies when it self-destructs, taking her with it.
Sailor Moon Crystal:Infinity 5 Setsuna Meioh, Sailor Pluto (2017; anime) [Tellu]: Vaporized by Sailor Pluto (Veronica Taylor) with Dead Scream. She is later revived by Kaolinite (Tara Platt).
Sailor Moon Crystal: Infinity 8 Infinite Labyrinth 1 (2017; anime) [Tellu]: Vaporized by Sailor Neptune (Lauren Landa) with Submarine Reflection.

Persona 5 Royal (2020) [Kasumi Yoshizawa]: Sacrifices her life for her sister Sumire (Also played by Laura Post) by running into a traffic accident. Sumire survives the game.
