- Mercenary (1996) [Joanna Ambler]: Repeatedly shot through her back, stomach and her lower chest (just under her left breast) several times by the terrorists while she was using herself as human shield to protect her husband (John Ritter). She dies in his arms.
- Trapped Ashes (2006) [Julia]: Taken to hell by Yoshinori Hiruma’s ghost; she is seemingly rescued by Scott Lowell, but it’s later revealed that this was only her demon-possessed body. (This occurs some time before the story begins; after all the characters have told their stories, it’s revealed that they’re all already ghosts).
