The Seamstress (2009) [Dina]: Stabbed in neck with the needle by Andee Frizzell.

Smallville: Spell (2004) [Madelyn Hibbins]: Executed by being burned at the stake (alongside Kristin Kreuk and Melanie Papalia) by the townspeople for witchcraft 400 years before the current setting. In the present day, Lara's spirit would take over Allison Mack's body (along with Melanie taking over Erica Durance and Kristin's past character taking over present day Kristin) and would be exorcised from Allison when Tom Welling destroys the spell book with his heat vision.

The Haunting of Sorority Row (The Deadly Pledge) (2007; TV film) [Jena Thorne]: Dies of a heart attack from fright after being shut in a coffin overnight as part of a sorority initiation, a few years before the story begins; her body is shown in a flashback showing what happens. She returns as a ghost, changing her appearance; her ghost is played by Kailin See. (Thanks to Germboygel)

The Last Trimester (2007; TV film) [Gabby]: Strangled (off-screen) with a bathrobe belt by Matthew Harrison in her bathtub; her body is shown afterwards as the police investigate.

Dead Rising 2 (2010) [Crystal Bailey]: Commits suicide by stabbing herself in the abdomen, after Peter Flemming kills her twin sister. (The player can either defeat Amber or Crystal, but both deaths are pretty much the same).
