American Horror Story: Battle Royale (2016) [The Countess]: Shot to death by Wes Bentley as he emerges from the elevator. Wes later decapitates her body and places her head in Evan Peters's trophy case. She reappears as a ghost soon after.

"John Wayne" (2017): Shot by another version of herself, using a gun hidden in her shoe. A third version of herself dies in a car crash, and her boyfriend carries her body inside away from the explosion.
