- Lost: The End (2010) [Rose Nadler]: While her character survives the episode in the present timeline, it is revealed in this episode that the "flash-sideways" world she and the other characters appear in is actually the afterlife, after dying at some point after the main events of the series. She is last seen in the church alongside her husband (Sam Anderson) and the others before moving on.
- How to Get Away with Murder: It's for the Greater Good (2017) [Jasmine Bromelle]: Overdoses on drug.
- Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: The Witching Hour (2018) [Nana Ruth]: Dies of natural causes (off-screen), at some point after Kiernan Shipka exorcises the ghosts of the thirteen witches from the town. Her body is shown in the aftermath as her granddaughter (Jaz Sinclair) covers her body in a blanket.
