Zathura (2005) [Lisa Budwing]: Gets sucked into a black hole while her younger brothers Josh Hutcherson and Jonah Bobo helplessly watch; averted when the day is reset thanks to Jonah winning the titular game.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 (2011) [Bella Swan]: Dies in childbirth; she is revived as a vampire after Robert Pattinson injects her with his venom (both with a hypodermic needle and by biting her). (Additionally, her body is shown lying in a coffin in Taylor Lautner's dream sequence earlier in the movie.)
Lizzie (2018) [Bridget Sullivan]: Dies (off-screen) of unspecified causes years after the events of the film. Her death is mentioned in the ending title cards.
Seberg (2019) [Jean Seberg]: Commits suicide by overdosing on barbiturates.
Underwater (2020) [Norah Price]: Killed in an explosion when she sacrifices herself by raising the energy levels of the core engines so that they may blow up and kill the creatures allowing both Jessica Henwick and John Gallagher Jr. (in escape pods) to escape to the surface. (She survives in the film's alternate ending.)
Spencer (2021) [Diana, Princess of Wales/Diana Frances Spencer]: Dies (off-screen) in car crash after the movie ends. Although her death was not mentioned this did happen in real life.
