- Runaway (1984) [Jackie Rogers]: Stabbed in the head by Gene Simmons next to an outdoor fountain.
- Village of the Damned (1995) [Dr. Susan Verner]: Slits her chest and abdomen vertically, when the alien children use their mind-control powers to force her to lie on the examination table and dissect herself. (Thanks to Farzad, Paul, and Laura)
- Toothless (1997) [Katherine Lewis]: Killed in a traffic accident; she then arrives in the afterlife and is assigned to serve as a Tooth Fairy throughout the rest of the movie. She comes back to life after earning a second chance. (Thanks to Sonya)
