- Mobile Suit Gundam I (1999; anime) [Garma Zabi]: After being betrayed by Char Aznable (Steven Jay Blum), he launches a kamikaze run against the White Base in his GAW assault craft, only to be shot down.
- Bumblebee (2018) [Brawn/Sunstorm/Hotlink]: Hotlink was decapitated by Bumblebee (Dylan O'Brien). Brawn and Sunstorm survive.

- Cowboy Bebop: The Real Folk Blues Part II (2001; anime) [Shin]: Shot by Red Dragon thugs while covering Spike Spiegel (Steven Jay Blum), imploring him to stop Vicious (Skip Stellrecht).
- Android Kikaider: Afterglow of Regret (2003; anime) [Ichiro Kohmyoji]: Gets electrocuted upon activating a prototype android, right in front of Dr. Den Kohmyoji (Christopher Carrol).
- Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex: C: The Visual Device Will Laugh - Interceptor (2004; anime) [Yamaguchi]: Crashes his car upon being cyberhacked through Interceptors.
- Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG: IN: Escape in Defeat - Embarrassment (2006; anime) [Suicide Bomber Refugee]: Blows himself up inside the tiltrotor, killing two Operators (Debra Jean Rogers) while also severely injuring Ishikawa (Michael McCarty).
