- Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack (1988; animated) [Gyunei Guss]: Blown apart inside his Jagd Doga mobile suit by Amuro Ray (Brad Swaile) with the Nu Gundam's Hyper Bazooka launcher, as Quess Paraya (Jocelyne Loewen) watches in rage. (For the Japanese version, see Kôichi Yamadera.)
- Bones (2001) [Palmer]: Dragged into the house and killed (off-screen) by Snoop Dogg in his ghost dog form.
- Stan lee's Mosaic (2007; animated) [Mosaic]: Falls down into a pit along with his Father: Manikin (Ron Halder), as Maggie (Anna Paquin) watches. Maggie later takes his name to go on a quest to find the remaining Chameliel Stones and used her powers for good.

- Highlander: The Raven: Passion Play (1998) [Marco Becker]: Decapitated with a sword by Gordon Currie after Gordon ambushes him, while his wife (Polly Shannon) looks on in horror, 35 years before the story begins. Shown in a few flashbacks.
- Dragon Ball Z: A Hero's Farewell (2000; anime) [Goku]: Dies in an explosion after he teleports Cell (Dale Wilson) to King Kai's (Don Brown) planet; he comes back to life in the episode The Old Kai's Weapon after Old Kai (Scott McNeil) gives him his life force.
- Mobile Suit Gundam: Tragedy In Jaburo (2001; anime) [Lt. Woody Malden]: Killed after the cockpit of his hovercraft is crushed by Char's (Michael Kopsa) Mobile Suit.
- Mobile Suit Gundam: Breakthrough (2001; anime) [Dimitri]: Blown up inside of his Zakrello by Amuro (Brad Swaile).
- Death Note: New World (2008; anime) [Teru Mikami]: Commits suicide by stabbing himself in the chest with a pen in order to distract the police, giving Light Yagami (voiced by Brad Swaile) time to escape.
- Ninjago:Masters of Spinjitzu: Double Trouble (2012; Animated) [Cole, Bizarro Cole]: "Cole" survives the episode.
- Murder She Baked: A Plum Pudding Mystery (2015) [Larry Jaeger]: Shot off-screen three times by Johannah Newmarch. His body is found at his Christmas tree lot by Alison Sweeney and Gabriel Hogan.
- Ninjago:Masters of Spinjitzu: The Way Back (2016; Animated) [Cole]: Turned into a golden statue by Nadakhan (Scott McNeil). (death was undone when Nadakhan was hit with a dart filled with Tiger Widow venom)
- Supergirl: Call to Action (2018) [Dean Petrocelli]: Shot to death (off-screen) by David Ajala.
