- Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002) [Austin's Mom]: Killed in an explosion by a car bomb planted by unspecified enemy agents; shown in flashback when Mike Myers (as 'Dr. Evil') recounts his vague childhood memories, and again in a later flashback when Michael Caine explains what happened. (a play on Simonetta Stefanelli's death in The Godfather). (Played for comic effect.)
- Hacker (2017) [Jane Harper]: Killed off-screen by the corrupt agents after Haylie Duff; her body is shown in her car as her death is being staged as a suicide via pill overdose.
