The Magicians (2000) [Regina]: Reportedly electrocuted/disintegrated by a laser from a satelite. (I haven't seen this movie myself) (Thanks to Noel)
Psycho Beach Party (2000) [Bettina Barnes]: Shot by police while rampaging as a giant in a black & white film-within-the-film sequence (a parody of Allison Hayes' death scene in Attack of the 50 Foot Woman).
