- Mass Effect 2 (2010) [Thane Krios]: Like the other squadmates, Keythe can be killed in various ways during the final mission like dying in ship accidents during the approach to the Collector base, shot in the face with a missile, dragged away by seeker swarms if the wrong biotic is chosen, shot by the Collectors while leading a fire team or being tasked with holding the line, killed off-screen by the Collectors while escorting the Normandy crew, or crushed to death by rubble during the final boss battle.
- Mass Effect 3 (2012) [Thane Krios]: Stabbed in the stomach by Troy Baker, he dies with Mark Meer/Jennifer Hale and his son (Quinton Flynn) by his side.
- Fallout 4 (2015) [Conrad Kellogg]: Killed in a fight (method of combat is up to the player's decision) by the player character after confronting him. Keythe cannot be spared and must be killed in order to proceed the game's storyline.
