- Fear of the Dark (2002) [Dale Billings]: Killed (off-screen) by one of the surviving monsters (the film ends as he is lying back in bed, with said creature standing beside him).
- Wrong Turn (2003) [Evan]: Throat slashed and ear severed (off-screen) by one of the mountain men; his body is shown falling out of a truck, as Desmond Harrington, Eliza Dushku, and Emmanuelle Chriqui discover him.
- Dawn Of The Dead (2004) [Terry]: Killed (off-screen) by the zombies; the movie ends with video-camera footage of the zombies closing in, interspersed with the closing credits, so his fate is only strongly implied rather than actually confirmed.
- Frozen (2010) [Dan Walker]: Mauled to death by a pack of wolves (after breaking his legs in a fall), as Shawn Ashmore and Emma Bell look on in shock. His remains are later seen being eaten.
