- Prophecy (1979) [Mutant Bear]: Playing a mutated bear, he is stabbed to death by Robert Foxworth.
- Without Warning (1980) [Alien]: Killed in an explosion, along with Jack Palance, when Tarah Nutter blows up the shack with dynamite (Kevin was in alien makeup for this film).
- Monster in the Closet (1986) [Monster]: Dies from a lack of energy (due to "its" inability to find a closet to replenish "itself") while carrying Donald Grant (Kevin was in monster makeup for this film).
- Predator (1987) [Predator/Helicopter Pilot]: Playing a dual role, the "Predator" is killed in an explosion when it activates its armor's self-destruct after Arnold Schwarzenegger pins it under a log; the "Helicopter Pilot" survives the movie.
- Predator 2 (1990) [Predator]: Stabbed in the chest with a metal disc by Danny Glover at the end of a fight in Kevin's spaceship. His body then later dragged away by other Predators.
