- Hawaii Five-O: The Bells Toll at Noon (1977) [Charlie Hazard]: Shot in the back with a sniper rifle by Rich Little as Kevin is about to walk into a church.
- Tales from the Darkside: The Circus (1986) [Bragg]: Dies of a heart attack from fright while William Hickey is showing Kevin his circus of monsters. He is then brought back to life as a Frankenstein-like monster.
