- CSI: NY: Live or Let Die (2006) [Sean Hovac]: Shot to death by Nick Hermz during a helicopter hijacking orchestrated by Joel Gretsch, his body is then loaded into the hijacked medevac helicopter but later falls out, plunging several hundred feet to the ground where it bounces off the side of a billboard and lands on top of a scissor lift.
