True Romance (1993) [Marvin] Shot to death by Chris Penn and Michael Beach in the film's climatic shoot-out.
Bad Boys (1995) [Elliot]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Tchéky Karyo. We see his body laying on the floor and his death is mentioned by Tcheky over a phone conversation.
Steal This Movie! (2000) [Jerry Rubin]:
Scotland, Pa. (2001) [Anthony 'Banko' Banconi]: Shot in the stomach (off-camera) by James LeGros in a garage; we only see the bullet hole appear in the wall from the other side. Kevin later appears to James as a ghost or hallucination during a press conference.
Pineapple Express (2008) [Budlofsky]: Executed by shooting in the chest by Craig Robinson, after Kevin decides to refuse and go home rather than shoot James Franco. (Thanks to Mathew and Tommy)
The Next Three Days (2010) [Alex Gaidar]: Shot in the chest by Russell Crowe.
Seven Psychopaths (2012) [Dennis]: Shot in the throat by Sam Rockwell. While he is seen breathing, his death is later mentioned by Woody Harrelson.
Winter's Tale (A New York Winter's Tale) (2014) [Romeo Tan]: Executed by shooting in the chest by Alan Doyle under Russell Crowe's orders.
