Final Destination (2000) [Carter Horton]: Killed (off-screen) when a large sign collapses and hits him; the movie abruptly cuts to black just as the sign swings towards him.

Charmed: There's Something About Leo (2004) [Kyle Brody]: Killed with lightning by Brian Krause. Kerr almost kills Brian too with a potion. But then the Avatars bring them both back to life.
Charmed: Extreme Makeover World Edition (2005) [Kyle Brody]: Killed by electrical lightning by Patrice Fisher (At the same time, he kills Patrice with a magic potion). Kerr dies in the arms of Rose McGowan. (But Kerr was brought back by the Elders as an Angel Whiteligter in the next episode. Charmageddon.)
NCIS: Pyramid (2013) [Jonas Cobb]: Repeatedly shot by Mark Harmon and Rocky Carroll sending him through the window and falling onto a car.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Lockup (2016) [Joseph Bauer]: Dies from fright after Lilli Birdsell uses her powers to overstimulate Kerr's brain; he dies after speaking to Clark Gregg and Henry Simmons.
NCIS: Los Angeles: Smokescreen, Part II (2019) [FBI Agent David Ross]: Shot by Eric Christian Olsen after a shootout with Eric, Daniela Ruah, Chris O'Donnell, and LL Cool J.
Into the Dark: Pilgrim (2018) [Shane]: Hacked to death with an axe by Elyse Levesque. His body is later fed to his family members.
Riverdale: Chapter Seventy-Six: Killing Mr. Honey (2020) [Holden Honey]: Violently killed by five students. And then he was buried by them in the forest.
