Film Deaths[]
- Mission: Impossible III (2006) [Lindsey Farris]: Killed by a small explosive charge that Philip Seymour Hoffman had implanted in her brain, when it goes off just before Tom Cruise can shock her to deactivate the device. Her body is shown again later on during her autopsy. She is then given a funeral and briefly returns in flashbacks and a video message for Tom.
- Dark Skies (2013) [Lacy Barrett]: Killed with a shotgun blast to the stomach by her husband (Josh Hamilton) as they were fighting Gray aliens that were invading their home. This turned out to be a hallucination the aliens were making their son (Dakota Goyo) see. Keri's character survives the film in reality.
Television Deaths[]
- Roar: Pilot (1997) [Claire]: Slashed with a sword by her father Leo Taylor when she runs in front of Heath Ledger and takes the blow for him; she dies in Heath's arms shortly afterwards. (The shot of Heath holding her body was also used in the opening-credits montage of every subsequent episode.)
- Extrapolations : 2059 Part II : Nightbirds (2023) [Olivia Drew] : Stabbed in the neck by a woman who wanted to save Gaz Choudhry.
