Airplane II: The Sequel (1982) [Navigator Dave Unger]: Sucked out into space, along with James A. Watson Jr., when the ROK computer opens the shuttle door. Their bodies are seen (though appearing to dance) when Robert Hays looks out the window and sees them. (Played for comic effect)
Illicit Behavior (1992) [Dr. Halperin]: Shot by Robert Davi while trying to shoot him.

21 Jump Street: Chapel of Love (1988) [Tom Hanson Sr.]: Shot by a robber.
Monsters: Rain Dance (1989) [Tom Solo]: Turned into stone by the Death God statue (Antonio Hoyos). His body is seen the following morning when Betty Carvalho discovers it.
Farscape: Infinite Possibilities Part 2 - Icarus Abides (2001) [Jack Crichton]: Playing an alien using "Jack Crichton's" appearance in order to peacefully interact with the main cast, Kent is shot in the back by Magda Szubanski when she betrays the main cast. He succumbs to his injuries moments later while Ben Browder looks on helplessly; he reverts to his true alien form after death.
Farscape: Dog With Two Bones (2001) [Jack Crichton]: Shot in the head with a pulse weapon during a Peacekeeper attack on Ben Browder's wedding reception; however, this only takes place in Ben's nightmare of the future, the real Kent surviving the episode unharmed.
