War (2007) [Takada] Shot in the forehead by Jason Statham (after having his hand pinned to a table with a blade as he reaches for a gun).
Street Kings (2008) [Boss Kim]: Shot multiple times by Keanu Reeves including the back of the head causing Kenneth's jaw to explode.
The Avengers (2012) [Jim Morita]: Kenneth does not actually appear in the film, however a deleted scene shows Chris Evans looking through records and viewing a page listing him as having died (presumably of old age/natural causes) at some point since the 1940's scenes of Captain America: The First Avenger.
Suicide Squad (2016) [Yakuza Boss]: Throat slit with a sword by Karen Fukuhara.

24: Day 6: 3:00 AM- 4:00 AM (2007) [Cheng Zhi's Operative]: Shot to death by Kiefer Sutherland.
Sons of Anarchy: Suits of Woe (2014) [Henry Lin]: Stabbed multiple times in the throat by Theo Rossi while handcuffed to a pipe in a boiler room.
The Last Man on Earth: The Spirit of St. Lewis (2017) [Lewis]: Crashes his plane and burns in an explosion immediatley after take-off, as Will Forte, Kristen Schaal and others watch in horror. [Played for darkly comic effect.]
