- Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989) [New York Cook]: Thrown against a mirror by Jason Voorhees (Kane Hodder). (according to websites, it’s an unconfirmed kill, but considering the strength of the character, it’s likely he was killed.)
- Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007) [Pa Cannibal]: Crushed/shredded along with Ashlea Earl, when Erica Leerhsen knocks them both into an industrial grinder in the abandoned building.
- The Assignment (2017) [Nurse Albert Becker]: Shot by Michelle Rodriguez; his body is seen again when Michelle plants her gun and a surgical knife to make it look like Ken caused a shootout.
