- V/H/S/2 (2013) [Ayesha]: Commits suicide by shooting herself in the head (off-screen) after watching supernatural video tapes. Her body is found by Lawrence Michael Levine. She is revived as an undead monster and dies again when she attacks Lawrence and is shot in the head.

- Fantastimart (2007) [Chinese/Armenian Girl]: Dies off-screen of unspecified causes. Death may have been in part due to the moderate amounts of carbon monoxide in the atmosphere of the world she was brought to by Justin Roiland.
