- Numbers: Hollywood Homicide (2007) [Andrea Barton / Tracy Meade]: Playing a dual role, "Tracy Meade" is drowned in a bath by Aaron Stanford (off-screen); her body is shown when the police investigate. ("Andrea Barton" survives the episode).
- Medium: Soul Survivor (2009) [Robin Aaronson]: Hit on the back of her head by Max Casella with a fireplace shovel prior to the events of the episode; her death is depicted in Patricia Arquette's dream.
- Van Helsing: Seen You (2016) [Vanessa Seward/Vanessa Van Helsing]: Bled after being bitten in the neck and stomach by Rob Boyce in front of her daughter Hannah Cheramy; but was resurrected when Vincent Gale bit her neck in Help Me.
- Van Helsing: Base Pair (2017) [Vanessa Seward/Vanessa Van Helsing]: Shot twice in the chest and once in the head by Colleen Winton after discovering that Colleen is not her mother; but was later resurrected when Keith Arbuthnot bit her neck in Black Days.
