- Shallow Grave (1994) [Hugo Lewis]: Dies of an overdose (off-screen); his body is seen when Ewan McGregor, Christopher Eccleston and Kerry Fox burst into his room to discover him. His body is seen repeatedly as they attempt to dispose of it. (Nudity alert: Full frontal.)
- Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017) [Charles]: Chopped up in a mincer when Tom Benedict Knight throws him inside under Julianne Moore's orders, with Keith falling face first into the blades. Julianne uses the meat from Keith to make a burger out of him and makes Tom eat it.
Television Deaths[]
- Robin Hood: Something Worth Fighting for Part 2 (2009) [Sheriff of Nottingham]: Blown up by Byzantine Fire, which was ignited by Jonas Armstrong shooting an arrow at all the barrels of explosives. Keith initially thinks that Jonas missed the shot, as he and Lara Pulver laugh, before the barrels explode and kill them.
- Uncle (2014) [Uncle Frank]: Dies of Stage 4 lung cancer (off-screen).
