- Mobile Suit Gundam II: Soldiers of Sorrow (1981; anime) [Matilda Ajan]: As per the TV series, she dies when Ortega (Ichiro Nagai) smashes the cockpit of her Medea with his Dom, killing her instantly, to the horror and rage of Amuro (Toru Furuya).
- City Hunter: The Secret Service (1996; anime) [Rosa Martinez]: Mortally wounded from saving Anna (Yuri Amano) after being shot by Gonzales' (Mugihito) attack helicopter, she dies after one final conversation with Anna, McGuire (Akio Otsuka) and Ryo (Akira Kamiya).
