- CSI: Turn On, Tune In, Drop Dead (2011) [Max Ferris]: Dies twice in this episode; he first was briefly dead for a moment when he self administered drugs into his body as part of a psychoactive drug study, but was later revived when the drugs had worn off of his system. He then dies for real when he was run over by an oncoming vehicle when Keegan attempted to runaway from the police who were pursuing him.
- Pretty Little Liars: Out of Sight, Out of Mind (2013) [Toby Cavanaugh]: Although he did not appear in this episode but he was believed to have been murdered (off-screen) by Janel Parrish, his “body” was discovered by Troian Bellisario. However, it was later revealed in the episode A DAngerous Game that his death and corpse were all faked by Janel just to torment Troian and Keegan himself told Troian that he had no involvement of his “death”.
