Television deaths[]
- The Vampire Diaries: Lost Girls (2009) [Vicki Donovan]: Neck snapped by Ian Somerhalder; she comes back to life as a transitional vampire shortly afterwards.
- The Vampire Diaries: Haunted (2009) [Vicki Donovan]: Impaled in the back (which came up front through her lower chest) with a long wooden spike by Paul Wesley as she was trying to kill Nina Dobrev. She continues to appear in the series as a ghost before being freed from Hell, effectively resurrecting her, by another character played by Nina in the episode We're Planning a June Wedding.
- The Vampire Diaries: I Was Feeling Epic (2017) [Vicki Donovan]: Incinerated by hell fire, after ringing a bell 10 times, as part of a deal she made with Nina Dobrev; she is seen as a spirit at the end of the episode watching over her brother (Zach Roerig) alongside Michael Trevino.
