The Bill: Episode 238 (2004) [Stabbed Girl]: Stabbed to death (though I don't know by whom), with the murder witnessed by Beth Cordingly.
Blue Murder: Hit and Run (2004) [Rosa]: Strangled by Adam Kotz, her body is shown afterwards (with her face mutilated to prevent identification) after being pulled out of the river, as Caroline Quentin and Ian Kelsey examine her while Sarah Parks reports her findings. Kay was pregnant at the time of her death, consequently, her unborn child also died.
Strike Back: Legacy Episode 5.7 (2015) [Nadia Dansky]: Shot in the head by Alex Humes.
