- Happy Face Murders (1999) [Rachel]: Strangled by Rick Peters in his truck; we only see the start of the murder.
- Cheater's Club (2006) [Cindy Hartford]: Knocked through an unsteady railing during a struggle with Charisma Carpenter; she falls onto the stairs below. (Thanks to Alex)
TV Deaths:[]
- The X-Files: Pilot (1993) [Peggy O'Dell]: Killed when she is hit by a truck driven by J.B. Bivens (off-screen) after she escapes from a mental institution. Her body is shown when David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson arrive on the scene to investigate. Katya's character was suffering from psychosis after her abduction by aliens.
- The Outer Limits: The Heist (1996) [Bethany Wallace]: Frozen to death by a creature that drains the heat from her body; her body then shatters when a drop of water falls on her head. (Thanks to Stephen)
