Carrie (2013) [Lizzy Watson]: Trampled to death, along with Karissa Strain, by the panicking students in the school gym after Chloe Grace Moretz uses her telekinetic powers to throw Karissa and Katie to the floor and keep them from getting up.
Disconnect (2014) [Ghost 1]: Appears as a ghost, along with Karissa Strain. (I haven't seen this short film, but the IMDB's identification of the sisters' role gives away their nature.)

Twinsanity (2018) [Leeann Hart]: Killed when Karissa Strain drives a van over a cliff (Karissa survives).

Todd and the Book of Pure Evil: Terrible Twin Turf Tussle (2010) [Delilah]: Several clones of Katie's character are beaten to death (off-camera) by clones of Karissa Strain during a brawl. Their bodies are discovered by Maggie Castle.
Murdoch Mysteries: Loch Ness Murdoch (2013) [Marie Nicholson]: Stabbed in the stomach (off-screen) with an icepick by Jim Watson, who then uses an animal trap to simulate bite-marks to make it appear she had been killed by the "lake monster." Her body is shown afterwards when Yannick Bisson discovers her underwater, and again later on in the morgue as Georgina Reilly examines her.
Scare Tactics: Alien Car Crash (2013) [Corpse]: In this Candid Camera-style "reality" show, as part of a scenario staged for an unsuspecting morgue attendant, one sister plays a corpse in the morgue while the other plays a "ghost" who speaks to him. (I don't know which sister played the corpse and which played the ghost.) (Given the nature of this program, being a prank rather than a story, it's debatable whether or not this "counts" as a death scene, but I'll list it just in case.)
