CSI: Up in Smoke (2006) [Caroline Fitzgibbons]: Stabbed to death (off-screen) by Jon Lindstrom.
CSI: NY: People With Money (2006) [Vanessa May]: Hits her head on a coffee table when Marcy McCusker punches her during a fight.
Scrubs: My Princess (2008) [Marian]: Died from Wilson's Disease. The entire episode is based around the search for her diagnosis, being represented by John C. McGinley telling his son (Andrew Miller) a bed time story, in which Katie's character is a princess being haunted by a demon (her illness), and John and Zach Braff need to find the magic key (diagnosis). At the end of the episode, Katie is seen walking away, with John telling Andrew that she lived happily ever after, before confessing to Christa Miller that they did not find the diagnosis in time and Katie died.
The Mentalist: Red Tide (2009) [Christine Tanner]: Drowned in a pool by her friends (Will Rothhaar, Brando Eaton, Owen Beckman and Michelle Page) in a construction site owned by Brando's father (Brett Cullen).
