- Tales from the Crypt: Beauty Rest (1992) [Joyce]: Accidentally poisoned when Mimi Rogers (who had only meant to knock Kathy out) gives her tea spiked with sleeping pills, in order to steal Kathy's place in a beauty contest. Mimi then stages the scene to make it look like Kathy committed suicide.
- Deadly Games: The Camp Counselor, Part 2 (1995) [Amber]: Playing a video game character brought into the real world, she ceases to exist when James Calvert brings another Kathy into the real world, and the two Kathys cancel each other out.
