- The Unborn (1991) [Connie Chicago]: Bludgeoned to death with a hammer by Wendy Hammers (who was under the control of her evil unborn child) while Kathy is on the phone with Brooke Adams. (Thanks to Keenan)
- Shrek Forever After (2010; animated) [Dancing Witch/Wagon Witch #1]: In the alternate timeline as Kathy voices these two witches, they die magically but not before Shrek (Mike Myers) does by fading. (They survive in the original universe.)
