- Hellraiser: Inferno (2000) [Mary Thorne]: Mutilated offscreen with a bonesaw by Craig Sheffer along with Thomas Crouch under the cenobite doppelganger companion of 'The Engineer', orchestrated by Doug Bradley.
Television Deaths[]
- Scrubs: My Old Lady (2001) [Mrs. Tanner]: Dies of kidney failure, with Zach Braff by her bedside. (Kathryn reappeared in fantasy sequences in a few later episodes). (Thanks to Tommy)
- The West Wing: 18th and Potomac (2001) [Dolores Landingham]: Killed (off-screen) in a car accident; we learn of her death afterwards when Martin Sheen is informed. (Thanks to Tommy and Dick Hertz)
- Malcolm in The Middle: Malcolm Defends Reese (2005) [Claire]: Dies offscreen from one of her illnesses. Her death is mentioned to Bryan Cranston by his wife Jane Kaczmarek.
- Mega Python vs. Gatoroid (2011) [Angie]: Eaten by a giant python while she shoots at it from the car, as Debbie Gibson, A Martinez and Tiffany look on in horror. (Thanks to Dick Hertz)
- Desperate Housewives: Finishing the Hat (2012) [Karen McCluskey]: Dies of lung cancer. (note: Kathryn herself died of the same thing 20 days after the episode aired).
