- Murphy's Law (1986) [Arabella McGee]: Shot in the back with a crossbow bolt by Carrie Snodgress as she is tied and gagged, ash Charles Bronson looks in horror. She is last seen slightly alive while being loaded into an ambulance (and talking to Charles). (the film never confirms whether or not her wound was supposed to be fatal, but it'll be listed in case).
- Witchboard (1986) [Sarah "Zarabeth" Crawford]: Throat slashed with a hatchet by an evil spirit in her apartment, then impaled on a sundial when the spirit throws her out of the window.
- Color of Night (1994) [Michelle]: Commits suicide by jumping through the window in Bruce Willis' office; her body is shown lying in the street below after she lands.

- Ghost Whisperer: Children of Ghosts (2007) [Valerie Parker]: Dies of an aneurysm while hiking in the woods, some time before the episode begins; she appears as a ghost to Jennifer Love Hewitt, and her death is shown in a flashback. (Thanks to Stephen)
- CSI: Vegas: Third Time's the Charm (2023) [Dr. Diane Auerbach]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by an unknown shooter. Her body is shown when the CSI team discover her. Her full death is shown in the next episode: Ashes, Ashes and it was Stephen Friedrich.
