Hush (2016) [Maddie Young]: On separate instances, she is bashed in the face with a cinder block repeatedly by John Gallagher Jr., has her throat slit by John, and bleeds out from being shot in the leg with an arrow by John, though these all occur in her imagination. She survives the film in reality.

Hawaii Five-0: I ho'olulu, ho'ohulei 'ia e ka makani (2020) [Leslie]: Dies of blood loss from injuries sustained in a car accident. She passes away while talking to Scott Caan.
The Haunting of Bly Manor: The Romance of Certain Old Clothes (2020) [Viola Lloyd, AKA The Lady In The Lake]: Manually suffocated by her sister (Catherine Parker) after a long period of illness; she returns as a ghost encountered throughout the series.
Midnight Mass: Book VII: Revelations (2021) [Erin Greene]: Bitten and drained of blood by Quinton Boisclair.
The Fall of the House of Usher: Murder in the Rue Morgue (2023) [Camille L'Espanaye]: Savaged by a chimpanzee that T'Nia Miller had been experimenting on. We don't see the attack as the screen cuts to black, but we see Kate's dead body and the room completely covered in her blood.
