Chappaquiddick (2018) [Mary Jo Kopechne]: Drowns in a car that goes into a pond, which was driven by Jason Clarke.

Cold Case: Look Again (2003) [Jill Shelby]: Beaten to death with a tennis racquet by Kip Martin, as Finn Wittrock looks on helplessly. She is seen at the end of the episode (apparently as a figment of the characters' imaginations) after her murder is solved.
CSI: Formalities (2004) [Janelle Macklin]: Dies of asphyxia after gagging herself with a scarf.
American Horror Story: Murder House: Murder House (2011) [Hayden McClaine]: Bludgeoned to death with a shovel by Denis O'Hare as she and Dylan McDermott are leaving the house; Denis then buries her body in the yard. She reappears as a ghost throughout the rest of the season. (Note: The character is pregnant.)
House of Cards: Chapter 14 (2014) [Zoe Barnes]: Killed when she is thrown in front of a subway train by Kevin Spacey.
Black Mirror: Beyond the Sea (2023) [Lana Stanfield]: Killed (off-screen), along with her son (Daniel Bell) by Josh Hartnett, after he transfers his consciousness into Aaron Paul's replica while locking the real Aaron outside of the space shuttle. Their bodies are discovered (off-screen) when Aaron transfers his consciousness back into his replica and discovers a trail of blood throughout his house.
