- The Wizard of Gore (1970) [Stage Girl]: Stabbed in the mouth, along with Sally Brody, when Ray Sager forces a sword down each of their throats during his magic act. They are both restored to normal at the end of the act, but die later on when Ray's powers wear off while one is in her car and the other is at her home. (Since I don't know for certain which one was Sally and which one was Karen, I'm running both pictures on the actress' page.)
