She is alive in reality. (Played for comedy effect)
- Drew Peterson: Untouchable (2012; TV movie) [Stacy Peterson]: Killed (off-screen) by Rob Lowe. (Note: Although it is widely believed that Stacy was killed by Drew, Stacy has never been found and Drew has not been charged with her disappearance. Drew is currently serving 78 years in prison for killing his third wife and attempting to have a State's Attorney killed.)
