- No One Will Save You (2023) [Alien Clone of Brynn Adams]: An alien clone version of Kaitlyn has her neck slit by the real Kaitlyn with a boxcutter (after alien-Kaitlyn stabs real-Kaitlyn in the torso), and alien-Kaitlyn collapses and dies in real-Kaitlyn's arms. The real Kaitlyn survives the events of the movie.
- Next Goal Wins (2023) [Nicole Megaloudis]: Dies in a car accident (off screen) years before the film begins; her death is revealed when her father (Michael Fassbender) mentions it to his team. (Kaitlyn only appears via voice over as a voicemail Fassbender repeatedly listens to)
Television Deaths[]
- Dopesick: Black Box Warning (2021) [Betsy Mallum]: Accidentally overdoses on heroin and dies offscreen (Kaitlyn is last seen alive fading into unconsciousness before the scene fades to black, and in the next scene Anthony Reynolds notifies Kaitlyn's parents Mare Winningham and Ray McKinnon that she had died).
