- Grosse Pointe Blank (1997) [Kenneth McCullers]: Shot repeatedly (along with Hank Azaria) by Dan Aykroyd and John Cusack when Hank and K. Todd burst in on Dan and John's shoot-out.
- The Dark Knight (2008) [Polk]: Shot to death by Heath Ledger in the hospital.
- Anesthesia (2015) [Joe]: Stabbed to death by a mugger as he tries to get him to stop attacking Sam Waterston
- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017) [Captain Morgan]: Died before the story and seen only in flashback. he is seriously injured from shot during an attack on his ship by Javier Bardem. He dies while he is talking to Anthony De La Torre/Johnny Depp, and giving him his compass.
