- Species II (1998) [Patrick Ross]: Stabbed in the back with a pitchfork by Michael Madsen, after Michael uses it to stab Mykelti Williamson in his leg, covering it with Williamson's blood (containing his sickle cell disease) causing Justin to disintegrate.
