- Forbidden World (1982) (Mutant) [Dr. Barbara Glaser]: Impaled when the creature drives one of its tentacles through her body and out the back of her neck.

- Murder, She Wrote: Appointment in Athens (1989) [Pamela Drake]: Strangled (off-screen) by Ian Ogilvy in a hotel room; her body is shown afterwards when Len Cariou and Angela Lansbury discover her. The events leading up to the murder are shown in a flashback, which fades out as Ian approaches her. (Thanks to John and Dignan)
