- CSI: Miami: Golden Parachute (2002) [Christina Maria Colucci]: Falls to her death from a private jet when Sam Anderson hits her hand with a fire extinguisher to break her grip on the door frame after she accidentally opens the hatch door. Her body is shown afterwards face-down in the swamp, and later shown again on an autopsy table, when Khandi Alexander examines her. Her death is shown multiple times in flashbacks later in the episode.
