- Hawaii (1966) [Jerusha Bromley Hale]: Dies (off-screen) of unspecified natural causes, at some point during the passage of time between scenes; we learn of her death after the fact when Max von Sydow shows her gravestone to Richard Harris.
- The Pink Panther Strikes Again (1976) [Jarvis (singing voice)]: once providing the singing voice of Michael Robbins’ character. He’s killed off-screen by Terrence Plummer and Peter Brace.
- Shrek the Final Chapter: Forever After (2010) [Queen]: In an alternate timeline created by Rumplestilskin (voiced by Walt Dohrn), she disappears along with the King (voiced by John Cleese) when the two of them sign his contract; their deaths are revealed when Rumplestilskin tells Shrek (voiced by Mike Myers) and the ending proceeds to negate that timeline from existence.
